Web-tier Interface Development - Public Works and Government Services Canada

We are currently engaged by the Information Technoligies Services Branch of Public Works and Government Services Canada to assist in the development of a web based front-end to one of their legacy Financial Management Systems. A Java based solution, leveraging the Struts MVC framework has been chosen to implement the web-tier, which in turn interfaces with the legacy COBOL business tier.

Past Projects

Website Development - Indian and Northern Affairs Canada

Two seperate projects were undertaken for the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs Canada's Aboriginal Workforce Participation Initiative. The first was to implment a Job Bank System (similar to Monster.com or Workopolis.com) targetted at Canada's Aboriginal Community. The second was to redesign their current site and implementation a Content Management System to facilitate their management of their site. Both solutions were developed using PHP and MySQL.

Website Development and Maintenance - Ottawa-Carleton Ultimate Association

We provided the Ottawa-Carleton Ultimate Association with a complete site redesign, as well as developing a sport league management system in PHP and MySQL.

IT Support Specialist - Canadian Child Care Federation

We provided assistance in streamlining the CCCF's DNS and Apache server configurations, as well as first level tech support to their employees for desktop installations.

EMS System Development - Catena Networks

We participated in the development of an Element Management System for Catena Networks' new DSL hardware. Responsibilities included development of an Image Management System for automation of firmware upgrades and backups of provisioning information, as well as re-designing of the Fault Management System to meet new architecture requirements for the 2.0 release of the product.
